Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to drive HR initiatives and support business leaders in optimizing team performance across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Support organizational changes and provide coaching to leaders on managing their teams through change
• Enable managers to identify and nurture talent, manage performance, and drive employee engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• At least 6 years of HR Business Partner experience in an international, high-growth environment
• A proactive ownership mindset and a result-oriented approach
• Proven experience in advising managers on HR topics and driving change initiatives
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
