Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage employee relations
• Design and oversee a comprehensive total rewards strategy and employee engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with 5+ years in a senior/executive role
• Proven track record in HR operations, including compliance and talent acquisition
• Experience in a fast-paced, client-driven agency or similar environment preferred
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
