Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, People Operations who will design and improve global HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize HR technology, including HRIS, ATS, and LMS
• Oversee global HR operations and ensure compliance across multiple regions
• Design and implement compensation programs and improve onboarding/offboarding processes

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of HR/People Operations experience in high-growth, global environments
• Proven experience in scaling HR systems and total rewards programs
• Strong knowledge of HR tools like Rippling and Checkr
• Experience managing direct reports and scaling People Ops teams
• Familiarity with remote-first and globally distributed team models
