Key Responsibilities

• Source Staff/Senior-level engineers (8+ years) with Ruby expertise and full-stack capabilities
• Assess experience with Ruby, backend systems, and healthcare technology interest
• Track candidates through the existing interview process using Lever ATS

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of placing senior engineers
• Portfolio of recent placements with success stories and metrics
• Technical interview experience with an understanding of coding assessments
• Independent contractor setup with own sourcing tools and LinkedIn access
• ATS experience, comfortable working with Lever or similar platforms
