Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Services Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on health and welfare plan design and employee coverage inquiries
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction through timely support
• Manage benefits processing, including eligibility reviews, enrollments, and COBRA administration

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service experience
• Experience in benefits administration with a focus on enrollment and regulatory compliance is a plus
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally for optimal client outcomes
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, particularly Prism
• Strong judgment and adaptability in complex client scenarios
