Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, HRBP (Product & Technology).

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong business partnerships and act as a trusted advisor to influence effective business decisions
• Lead initiatives to assess and elevate business effectiveness, including performance management and compensation
• Partner with Talent Management to support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 12+ years of global HR experience; minimum 7 years of prior HR Business Partner experience
• Demonstrated strategic HRBP work and consultative HRBP roles
• Strong understanding and experience with core aspects of HR functions
• Proven ability to influence decision making and manage change
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
