Texas HR Business Partner Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HR Business Partner Generalist to support HR programs and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial intake and investigations of employee relations matters under HRBP direction
  • Liaise with departments to resolve employee inquiries and maintain HR resources
  • Analyze HR data and produce reports on employee engagement and turnover trends
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or HR Certification preferred
  • 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site service industry
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS knowledge preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 10% within Texas
