Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead talent acquisition, culture strategy, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own talent acquisition by designing roles, building a recruiting machine, and running effective onboarding
  • Scale culture and people strategy by translating business priorities, shaping culture, and managing engagement rhythms
  • Build HR systems, ensuring compliance with employment law and maintaining accurate HRIS and people data
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in fast-growth tech/startup environments
  • Mastery of Canadian employment law and modern HR practices
  • Proven experience in creating and scaling systems from scratch
  • CHRP or CHRL designation
  • Strong communicator with a results-oriented approach
