Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant II, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted resource for leaders and caregivers on employee relations matters
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Conduct employee relations research and maintain HR metrics and dashboards
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in general human resources at an exempt level
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations and labor relations
  • 5 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (preferred)
