Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to manage caregiver schedules and support agency operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage monthly caregiver schedules, addressing urgent scheduling issues
• Assist in monitoring and planning for staffing needs in collaboration with the recruiting team
• Maintain credentials of clinical employees and provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Staffing experience preferred, with a focus on facilities, temporary agencies, or in-home health
• Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background is a plus
• Position may require overtime hours due to unforeseen staffing events
• Strong computer skills and exceptional time management abilities are essential
