• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in a senior HR business partner role
• Proven experience in a HR role focusing on strategic HR partnership and complex problem-solving
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with business leaders to drive HR initiatives
• Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development principles
