Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Onboarding Representative to manage and execute the employee onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding activities for new hires, including background checks and document management
  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure completion of necessary HR paperwork
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, providing support and answering questions throughout the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
  • Associates Degree or equivalent in a related field; SHRM Certification preferred
  • At least three years of HR-related experience required
  • Knowledgeable in human resources best practices and employment laws
  • Experience with virtual onboarding processes and tools
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS
