Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to understand hiring priorities and translate business goals into recruiting strategies
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and design scalable recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in software startups or high-growth companies
• Proven success in hiring across various roles, including technical and senior leadership positions
• Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills with a focus on engaging passive candidates
• Experience in fast-paced environments with adaptability to shifting priorities
• Process-oriented and data-driven mindset with experience using ATS tools and recruitment metrics
