Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leaves Administrator to manage and coordinate leave of absence requests and workplace accommodations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage various types of leave and accommodation requests in compliance with applicable laws
  • Facilitate the interactive process for ADA compliance and document reasonable accommodations
  • Maintain accurate records and stay updated on evolving leave laws and policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in leave of absence case management in a multi-state environment
  • Thorough understanding of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and ADA
  • Proven experience managing the ADA interactive process
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
