Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide talent management strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification processes
• Design and deliver scalable leadership development programs for all levels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in talent management or leadership development
• Proven success in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies
• Experience with leadership assessments and development tools
• Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
