Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and analysis of retirement plan benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Monitor retirement plan vendors and contribute to the annual budget process for retirement plan expenses
• Oversee ancillary benefits programs and manage compliance activities related to retirement plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in benefits or relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Understanding of benefits, HR processes, regulations, and compliance
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems like Workday
