Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with 3-5 years of experience in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical (IT) roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
• Develop a strong pipeline of candidates for various IT and technical roles while collaborating with hiring managers
• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on technical (IT) recruitment
• Strong hands-on experience in sourcing resumes from various platforms
• Proven experience in the Chennai recruitment market
• Fluency in Tamil, both written and verbal
• Experience recruiting for US or EU markets is a plus
