Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner II to support its Engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise Engineering leadership on organizational development, succession planning, and performance management
  • Design career development initiatives and foster growth opportunities for employees
  • Create and execute strategies to attract, engage, and retain diverse talent
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth technology company
  • 7+ years of overall HR or related work experience
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing impactful people programs
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and their application in day-to-day operations
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field
