Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst (Principal).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead advanced compensation analysis, modeling, and program design initiatives
• Contribute to the development of job architecture, pay structures, and career frameworks
• Collaborate with HR and institutional leaders to provide strategic compensation guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in compensation analysis and strategic consultation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics or visualization tools
• Experience in conducting complex compensation modeling and benchmarking
• Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations, including FLSA and pay transparency laws
