Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist/Investigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts and documents HR investigations related to employee complaints and allegations
• Develops investigative plans and maintains communication with relevant stakeholders throughout the investigation process
• Prepares comprehensive reports and makes recommendations based on findings

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of HR experience with a focus on investigations
• Experience in a centralized Employee Relations and/or Investigations team in a corporate environment
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field preferred
• PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
• Working knowledge of HR laws, practices, and policies
