HR Onboarding Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician & APP Onboarding Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services and support for human resource issues and initiatives
• Lead project teams in the development and implementation of comprehensive programs and change initiatives
• Analyze employee relations indicators and recommend programs or actions to improve workplace environment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3 years of related experience required
• HR certification (i.e., CCP, PHR, SPHR or CEBS) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred
• Experience with PeopleSoft and similar HRIS preferred
