Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner - Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to senior sales leaders, advising on organizational design and workforce planning
• Develop and execute HR strategies that support sales growth and improve productivity
• Manage complex employee relations issues and support performance management processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a business partner role supporting a sales organization
• Strong understanding of sales operations and performance drivers
• Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
