Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiations
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective interview processes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience in a high-growth or startup tech environment
• Proven success in hiring for roles such as Security Engineers or Technical Program Managers
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with Boolean sourcing techniques and tools
• Organized, data-driven, and passionate about hiring great people
• Self-motivated and comfortable working across different time zones
