State Licensed Clinical Service Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Service Manager to oversee and support clinical operations and administrative functions within the Nursing Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and engagement strategies for Mobile Research Nurses (MRNs) to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Manage MRN personnel aspects including recruitment, performance management, and clinical training
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or comparable combination of education and relevant experience
• RN License
• 3+ years of clinical research or nursing experience
• Proven understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trial regulations
• Nurse Management/Education experience preferred
