Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide employee and manager support, including conflict resolution and performance management coaching
• Act as a trusted partner to regional business leaders on talent planning and organizational effectiveness
• Implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience and ensure compliance with local HR policies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience, including employee relations and operational HR
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred
• Experience partnering with leadership teams on HR matters
• Strong understanding of regional labor laws and HR best practices
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
