Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Sales Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for commercial sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for commercial roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Partner with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs and align sourcing efforts with commercial growth goals
• Source candidates proactively and manage a high volume of requisitions while delivering updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in sales or commercial roles, specifically in healthcare, biotech, or diagnostics
• Strong understanding of sales competencies and regional/territory structures
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring strategy
• Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Demonstrated ability to source and present diverse candidate slates
