Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter for a remote, 4-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to understand business objectives and role requirements
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using various recruitment tools and networks

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in GTM or commercial hiring
• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer success functions
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates in competitive industries
• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
