• Use data to identify trends, share insights, and recommend actions to enhance team success

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations
• Strong understanding of HR fundamentals including employee relations and performance management
• Outstanding project management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated track record of taking initiative and delivering results
