Human Capital Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Human Capital to support the Human Capital function in their Lisbon office.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive talent acquisition strategies and manage the candidate experience
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations, driving engagement and compliance with local labor laws

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master's degree preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in Recruiting or HR Generalist roles
• In-depth knowledge of Portuguese labor laws and regulations
• Experience in the IT sector preferred
• Proven leadership experience in managing departments and teams
