Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage technical talent while managing the full cycle recruiting process
• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support employee experience activities
• Generate reports and insights for data-driven HR decision-making and contribute to training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting and HR functions or equivalent education/experience
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
• Proven ability to manage full cycle recruiting for technical roles
• Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
• Self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
