Certification Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certification Lead to support customer needs in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and document certification processes and procedures
• Review certification artifacts to ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and metrics
• Update and maintain the Certification Support Management Plan

Required Qualifications

• Three (3+) years of experience in MMIS Certification
• Two (2+) years of experience in OBC/SMC certification
• Three (3+) years of experience managing Medicaid or Major Health Care Payer Projects
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Information Technology Architecture (MITA) 3.0 and Medicaid Transformation initiatives
