Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Specialist to support employee development and talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tools, content, and workshops to build employee and manager capabilities
  • Champion the integration and visibility of the Competency Model in talent programs
  • Manage and analyze talent-related data to inform decisions and measure program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HRBP, talent development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with competency models and experience in their implementation is a plus
  • Experience supporting global teams or working in a matrixed environment preferred
