Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent and Capability Partner - Leadership Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large-scale talent development programs and manage logistics for seamless delivery
• Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions to build key skills across the organization
• Act as a subject matter expert on leadership and capability matters, collaborating with the People Team to create value-add solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development/Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5+ years of related experience in human resources, talent management, or organizational development
• Experience in change management, project management, and strategic planning preferred
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and lead cross-functional project teams
• Familiarity with DEI initiatives and best practices in talent development
