• Act as the point of contact for new and backfill requisition requests, facilitating approval and creation processes
• Ensure data accuracy across systems and maintain communication with relevant stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
• 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment related to HR operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience managing a high volume of requests efficiently
• 2-4 years of customer service-related experience required
