Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Administrator to maintain associate records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support for HR administration and assist with HR processes
  • Manage HR records, respond to unemployment claims, and coordinate onboarding and off-boarding tasks
  • Assist with HRIS reporting, maintain associate files, and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
  • Prior Human Resources experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Experience with HRIS systems; UKG experience is a plus
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks effectively
