Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Manager to lead and scale its recruiting function during a high-growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and develop a scalable recruitment strategy
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and metrics-driven culture
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts and refine processes to ensure compliance and data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience in agency and in-house recruitment, preferably in tech startups
• Background in pharma, healthcare, life sciences, or digital health is preferred
• Proficiency with Greenhouse or comparable ATS and experience using recruitment data for decision-making
• Deep understanding of inclusive hiring practices and DEI principles
