Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Manager to administer and manage employee benefits programs and leaves of absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and communicate global benefits programs, focusing on U.S. benefits
• Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment and vendor renewals, driving employee awareness
• Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and support relationships with external vendors

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in benefits program administration in a multi-state/global organization
• Experience managing employee leaves of absence, including disability and FMLA
• Knowledge of benefits compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Experience supporting vendor relationships and performing benefits audits
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build partnerships across teams
