Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the recruitment process and build relationships with candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process, including resume review and interview scheduling
• Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract talent
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates while reporting on sourcing and recruiting trends

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high volume or healthcare-related fields
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google applications
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and build relationships
• Self-motivated with a creative approach to sourcing candidates
