Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of successful recruiting experience within an AI or SaaS startup environment
• Experience with full cycle recruiting for both Executive and Go-To-Market positions
• Proven ability to adopt AI tools for improved productivity and efficiency
• Strong expertise in sourcing strategies tailored to market intelligence
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively from manager to executive level
