Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Partner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the Headquarters team, senior leadership, and the People Team
• Advocate for Headquarters staff to ensure they have necessary tools and resources
• Build and implement core People programs and manage employee relations cases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in a People/HR role
• Strong competence in core HR areas and knowledge of employment laws
• Ability to coach, mentor, and advise employees and management
• Proficient HRIS experience, preferably with Workday
