Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior HR expert for complex employee relations matters, particularly in Dutch employment law
• Draft country-specific HR information and provide training to internal teams on HR topics
• Contribute to cross-functional projects to support the company's mission of global hiring

Required Qualifications

• Deep employee relations expertise in the Netherlands with hands-on experience in complex cases
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• 6+ years of ER & HR generalist experience
• Cross-country HR experience with a global focus
• Experience partnering with Dutch Works Councils
