Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Sourcer/Recruiter to identify and engage exceptional talent in engineering and AI/ML roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
• Proactively source candidates using various platforms and creative methods
• Deliver well-vetted candidate lists and track outreach activity in the ATS

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing for engineering or AI/ML roles
• Expert-level Boolean search skills and creative sourcing methods
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with ATS platform Lever
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment preferred
