Job Summary

A company is looking for a BizOps Lead - People, Risk & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee records
  • Manage employment compliance and partner with Finance and Legal for onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Implement systems for compliance and audit requirements, overseeing logistics for office and coworking space
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in People Operations, Business Operations, or G&A functions in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Fluency in employment operations including payroll, HRIS, and compliance
  • Ability to build scalable frameworks while understanding HR and legal obligations
  • Proactive and execution-focused with experience in handling sensitive, cross-functional work
  • Organized and discrete, with a strong attention to detail
