A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead recruitment strategy and support People Operations functions.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for various roles across departments
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and manage the candidate experience
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal HR initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in recruiting or HR coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruiting processes end-to-end
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR tools
• Highly organized and proactive in addressing team needs
• Interest in broader People Ops or HR-related work
