Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter to support a leading healthcare company's Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing
• Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements and hiring strategies
• Engage and attract talent through creative sourcing strategies across diverse channels

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in enterprise environments
• Deep experience recruiting in tech, including infrastructure, software development, AI/ML, and systems architecture
• Familiarity with immigration processes and compensation structures involving equity/stock options
• Experience supporting executive stakeholders and C-level hiring initiatives
