Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Service Center Specialist who is responsible for providing effective HR issue resolution and support to associates and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and customer-focused HR issue resolution through various communication channels
• Maintain performance metrics and ensure associate satisfaction through first contact resolution
• Assist in developing knowledge articles and direct associates to additional resources for support

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, HR service center, or contact center
• Human Resources experience or relevant educational background is highly desirable
• Experience with HCM systems and case management technology is required
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience is required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong typing skills are necessary
