Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Associate to join their People team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday System
• Process staffing transactions and provide end-user support for system-related queries
• Conduct data quality checks and create documentation for processes in the Wellhub Wiki

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or related areas
• Workday systems experience preferred but not required
• Detail-oriented mindset with effective data management skills
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in Excel being a plus
• Able to work in Eastern or Central standard time zones, with a preference for Eastern
