Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring teams and business leaders
• Identify and contact passive candidates while utilizing ATS and CRM systems
• Promote the employer brand and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of six (6) years of recruiting experience or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience in an OFCCP compliant environment
• Experience supporting the end-to-end recruiting process
• Proficient in using industry job boards, social media platforms, and candidate tracking systems
• Notable experience in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives
