Develop and implement recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring teams and business leaders

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of six (6) years of recruiting experience or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in an OFCCP compliant environment
Experience supporting the end-to-end recruiting process
Proficient in using industry job boards, social media platforms, and candidate tracking systems
Notable experience in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives
