Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate People Technology Analyst to manage people technology systems in a service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the organization's people technology software systems, including user setup and security permissions
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to the people technology system to maximize efficiency
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to system functionality and data integrity

Required Qualifications and Education

• Understanding of HRIS systems, including system setup and reporting
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
• Experience with Workday HCM is a plus
• Experience with HRIS system implementation preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred
