Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their People Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including high-volume screening and scheduling coordination
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels to maintain active talent pipelines and collaborate on job postings
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in recruiting within a B2B SaaS startup or multi-product SaaS environment
• Resourceful and able to quickly learn new roles and industries
• Self-starter mindset with sound judgment and a bias toward action
• Passion for recruitment and talent strategy with a commitment to candidate care
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse
